Security Architecture for Swarms of Autonomous Vehicles in Smart Farming

Nowadays, autonomous vehicles are incorporated into farms to facilitate manual labour. Being connected vehicles, as IoT systems, they susceptible cyber security attacks that try cause damage hardware, software or even living beings. Therefore, it is important provide sufficient mechanisms protect both the communications and data, mitigating any possible risk harm farmers, livestock crops. Technology providers aware of importance ensuring security, more secure solutions can be found on market today. However, generally, these particular not when part complex hybrid since there no single global solution proposal. In addition, number technologies protocols used increases, threats also increases. This article presents a cyber-security architecture proposal for swarms heterogeneous in smart farming, which covers all aspects recommended by ISO 7798-2 specification terms security. As result this analysis, detailed summary available each communication channels target system well some recommendations presented.
